My husband and I started this business with one mission: to bring unique and irresistible cakes to your table. We believe in cakes that make you crave for more, even when there is none left. Our love for travel has led us to draw inspiration from the rich flavours of our heritage, which you will not find anywhere else in England. Though I am grateful for the chance to explore this beautiful country, I cannot help but miss the two wonderful places that shaped me.

We are shaping Cakes Designs 3NL to be the destination where Gourmet Lovers shop with confidence, knowing they are receiving the finest quality for the right value.
Our goal is to set ourselves apart from others who simply sell cakes because they can. We make our cakes and other bakes with a simple belief: all desserts should be savoured and enjoyed, rivalling or even surpassing the main course.
We aspire to make cakes so exceptional that people will savour every bit of them, and order them simply because they want to enjoy them, outside special dates. Especially our cherished and beloved Grandma Cakes selection: cakes that need no presentation, as natural as they can be, as similar as possible to what all Grandmas used to make, from one corner of the globe to the other.

From conceptualising innovative designs to meticulously handcrafting each cake, I ensure that every masterpiece reflects our commitment to quality and the rich cultural tapestry that defines our bakery.
Rufino Lima
CFOI oversee the financial strategy and operations of our family run bakery, ensuring sustainable growth while delivering Gourmet Quality Cakes. Working behind the scenes, I ensure that our financial strategy aligns with our passion for crafting uniquely inspired Gourmet Cakes. My role is all about supporting our creative vision, supporting the creation of unforgettable flavours and solidifying the foundation that lets us deliver memorable, high-quality experiences to all Gourmet Lovers.
