Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, email Legal@CakesDesigns3NL.com.

1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms and Conditions, the words “Promoter”, “we” or “us” refer to Cakes Designs 3NL.

1.2. Entrants to this giveaway will be referred to as “Gourmet Lovers.”

2. Giveaway Period

2.1. The Luxury Square Free Giveaway 2025 goes live on Monday, 10 November 2025 and will run weekly until the end of December 2025.

2.2. Winners will be announced every Friday on Cakes Designs 3NL’s Facebook and Instagram pages. The final prize will be given on Saturday, 27 December 2025.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to persons aged 18 or over only. Proof of age may be required.

3.2. Entrants must be willing and able to collect prizes from our home bake location in Chelmsford (postcode CM1 6DL). The full address will be sent privately to winners. If a winner cannot collect in person, they may nominate a representative to collect on their behalf, provided Cakes Designs 3NL is notified in advance and the representative provides valid identification.

3.3. Employees of Cakes Designs 3NL and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted for each weekly draw. Multiple entries for the same weekly draw will be disqualified.

3.5. Where a winner is under 18 at the time of collection, they may still receive the prize only if a responsible adult (parent or guardian) accompanies them and provides written authorisation for collection, valid identification and any consent required by these Terms and Conditions. The responsible adult must also agree to and comply with the requirements in these Terms and Conditions, including any photography or publicity requirements.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter a weekly draw a Gourmet Lover must:

4.1.1        Share the Original Giveaway Post on at least one public social media platform that we can verify (Facebook or Instagram recommended); and

4.1.2        Comment Under the Original Giveaway Post using the hashtag #ILoveLuxurySquare; and

4.1.3        Tag Cakes Designs 3NL, tag One Or More Friends.

4.2. Completing more of the required tasks listed in clause 4.1 increases a Gourmet Lover’s likelihood of winning but completing at least one of the tasks gives every Gourmet Lover a chance to win.

4.3. The Promoter will take steps to ensure fairness. Past winners will be less likely to win again in order to allow new Gourmet Lovers an opportunity.

5. Prizes and Selection

5.1. Weekly prizes:

• 1st Prize: one Luxury Square of the winner’s choice from available flavours.
• 2nd Prize: one of our Signature Large Cookie.

5.2. Winners will be selected weekly by the Promoter using a method determined by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification and Collection

6.1. Winners will be announced each Friday on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners must contact Cakes Designs 3NL directly to arrange collection of their prize. Contact should be made as soon as possible following the announcement.

6.2. Prizes must be collected from our home bake location in Chelmsford (postcode CM1 6DL). The full address will be provided privately to winners.

6.3. If a winner cannot collect personally, they may nominate a representative, subject to clause 3.2.

6.4. A representative who collects on a winner’s behalf may be required to be photographed at the time of collection. The representative’s photograph may be used on Cakes Designs 3NL’s social media and website in accordance with clause 8.

7. Collection Timing

7.1. Winners should collect their prize preferably on the Saturday immediately following the announcement. At the latest a winner must contact the Promoter and collect the prize by the following Tuesday. No collection will be allowed after that Tuesday, and the prize will be forfeited if not collected within this timeframe.

7.2. Where a representative collects on a winner’s behalf the representative must collect within the same timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing by Cakes Designs 3NL.

7.3. Failure to collect within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity and Media

8.1. By entering the giveaway Gourmet Lovers consent to their first name and a photograph being used on Cakes Designs 3NL’s social media platforms and website. A photograph of each winner and, if applicable, the representative may be shared publicly.

8.2. Personal contact details, home addresses and full dates of birth will not be published. The Promoter may request limited personal information for verification and administration.

9. Health, Allergens and Liability

9.1. All food items may contain or have traces of allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts. Gourmet Lovers must consider their own allergies and dietary requirements before accepting a prize.

9.2. Prizes are provided as food items for immediate consumption or collection and are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

9.3. The Promoter accepts no liability for any adverse reaction arising from consumption of a prize except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disqualification and Alteration

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, is not compliant with these Terms and Conditions, or which is submitted in bad faith.

10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway or any element of it at any time for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather, illness or business disruption. If the giveaway is cancelled every effort will be made to notify Gourmet Lovers.

11. Data Protection

11.1. Personal information provided for the purpose of administering the giveaway will be used only for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties except where required for administration or legal compliance.

11.2. Gourmet Lovers may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information by contacting Legal@CakesDesigns3NL.com.

12. General

12.1. Prizes are offered subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

12.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.

12.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
