Free Grandma Cake Giveaway 2025

Please read all these Terms and Conditions

You must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you are not sure about anything regarding this Terms and Conditions, just email us at Legal@CakesDesigns3NL.com.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 18 or over. If under 18, a responsible adult (parent or guardian) must represent the participant during the prize collection and photo session.
  • Participants must reside in Essex, UK. The prize must be collected in person at the Sandon Park & Ride Car Boot Sale in Chelmsford.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Employees of Cakes Designs 3NL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must:
    • Follow our official social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Comment "I love Gourmet Cakes!" on the official giveaway announcement post on Facebook.
  • Entries must be received by 23:59 UK time on Monday, 16 June 2025.
  • Following our YouTube and X (formerly Twitter) accounts is optional and does not affect your chances of winning, but we appreciate the support!
  • By entering, participants agree to all terms and conditions as stated.

3. Prize and Winner Announcement

  • The winner will receive one free Grandma Cake (serving approximately 10-12 people), freshly made by Cakes Designs 3NL, from the following options:
    • Red Velvet with Cream Cheese on top,
    • Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Brigadeiro Gourmet on top, or
    • Brazilian Carrot Cake with Chocolate Brigadeiro Gourmet on top.
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced during an Instagram Live broadcast from the Sandon Park & Ride Car Boot Sale on Sunday, 22 June 2025, at 12:00 PM BST.
  • The winner has 72 hours (3 days) from the announcement to contact Cakes Designs 3NL to confirm acceptance.
  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a second-place winner will be selected and given 72 hours to respond. This process will repeat for a third and final backup winner if necessary.
  • If no selected winner responds, the cake will be given at random to a visitor at the car boot sale on Sunday, 6 July 2025.

4. Collection and Media Use

  • The winner must collect their cake in person on Sunday, 6 July 2025, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM BST from our stall at the Sandon Park & Ride Car Boot Sale in Chelmsford. Exact stall location details will be provided to the winner.
  • If the winner is unable to collect the cake in person, they may nominate a representative to collect on their behalf, provided Cakes Designs 3NL is notified in advance and the representative brings identification.
  • The winner (or their representative) must be willing to have photos taken with the Cakes Designs 3NL team during the prize collection. By entering, participants consent to these photos being used on our social media and marketing platforms.
  • Only the winner’s first name and general location (Chelmsford/Essex) will be published. No home address or contact information will be disclosed.
  • The winner may be asked to provide their date of birth for internal verification purposes, but this will not be published.

5. Health, Safety & Responsibility

  • Participants must not have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. All cakes contain ingredients such as dairy, eggs, wheat, and may contain traces of nuts. Cakes are made in a facility that handles nuts.
  • Cakes Designs 3NL accepts no liability for any adverse reactions or health issues resulting from consumption of the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

6. General Conditions

  • Cakes Designs 3NL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent or does not comply with these terms.
  • If the number of entries exceeds expectations, Cakes Designs 3NL may, at its sole discretion, award additional prizes.
  • Cakes Designs 3NL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner, including age and residency, before awarding the prize.
  • Cakes Designs 3NL reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, illness, or business disruption.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
